HOW TO BOOK A RACK
1. CONTACT US TO BOOK A RACK
Rent a rack conveniently with our online booking system (press below 'book a rack' button), call on 0493 290 080 or pop in store. We will email you a link to our online app, where you can easily create your barcoded price tags. If you book online, please use same log in details you created to access your Zellr.com account (there won't be a separate email sent), where you can create your product sheets (price tags).
2. GET YOUR CLOTHES READY
Wash your clothes and attach the printed price tags to your garments with safety pins (on the label of the garment). You can print the price tags at home or pop in to Monday Market and we can print them for you. Please do so at least a day before your rental starts as it's easier to attach them at home.
3. SET UP YOUR RACK
Bring your clothes to us in the morning of your rack rental starting from 9.30am onward (10am on Saturdays), hang the clothes on your rack (the clothes hangers are ready to go on your rack).
4. RELAX
Sit back and relax as we do all the selling for you! Keep following your sales online in real time through our online app and the more you sell the more you can refill! Remember this is like your own little shop and the more TLC you can give to it, the better you can do. Any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. We also have a pricing guideline that we recommend you follow (under our terms & conditions).
Pick up time for clothes is between 3.30-4.00pm. Please note store closes at 4.30pm and for any late pick ups, we're unable to stay behind past 4.30pm.
You can rent a stall for 1-4 weeks (we recommend to book for two weeks) and the more you sell, the more you can keep refiling!
We only accept items that are in clean, top condition, and ready for resale. Contact us for more details about our full terms & conditions!
