Once your rental agreement is finished, we pack your clothes for you. All you need to do is pick them up within a week.. Please contact us for this service.
(8% commission will be deducted from total sales after your rack rental cost has been covered)

Jewellery Cabinet or Luxury Items Cabinet is free of charge for 12 days (25% commission applies on sold goods).

ANY LAST MINUTE RACKS STARTING WITHIN A FEW DAYS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO BE BOOKED ONLINE.

1. Book
Rent a rack conveniently via our online booking system, call us on 0493 290 080 or visit us in store 11/47 The Parade (near Norwood Oval).
Any racks starting in a few days are not available to be booked online, please call us on 0493 290 080
If you book by calling us, we will create the Zellr.com account on your behalf during the phone call, and we will email you a link from noreply@aws.com to give you access to your account.

2. Set Up
Please wash your clothes and iron if needed. Please be advised that washing the clothes is very important for us, as any unwashed clothes may produce an unwanted odor to our shop.
After this, attach your price tags to your clothes with safety pins. Instructions on how to create price tags can be found here.
Safety pins can be purchased from IGA, Foodland and Drakes for about $3/50 pcs
3. Relax
Come and set up your rack when the store opens at 9.30am (10am on Saturdays). Sit back and relax as we process all the sales for you. You can follow your sales online with our online app through your account and feel welcome to pop in to refill as much as you sell. Please pick up your clothes on your last day of rental by 3.30pm (3pm on Saturdays). Please note for late pick ups, surcharges may apply).

How to Rent a Rack?
Hangers are ready on your rack. We also offer10 complimentary security tags situated by the till. Please also ask staff for sizing discs as by using them, it will make it easier for shoppers to find correct sizes. Don't forget to post about your rack on your social media accounts. If you tag us, we would love to reshare it on our social media accounts! Tik Tok videos have shown to be very popular way to bring more shoppers to your rack.
If you want to do a discount for your last few days of renting a rack with us, please edit your product sheets and give our friendly staff a ring and we will place a discount sign on your rack.
